Star Archiever's Academy

By enrolling your child in Star Achiever’s Academy and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the parent/guardian) and Star Achiever’s Academy.
2. Program Participation
- Regular attendance is required for enrolled programs
- Parents/guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Students must adhere to the academy’s code of conduct
- Parents must notify the academy of any absences in advance
- The academy reserves the right to assess and evaluate student progress
3. Code of Behavior
All students and parents/guardians must:
- Treat all staff members and other students with respect
- Follow the academy’s guidelines and instructions
- Maintain appropriate behavior during all academy activities
- Respect the academy’s property and facilities
- Support the inclusive and multicultural environment
4. Health and Safety

5. Communication
Parents/guardians agree to:
- Maintain open communication with the academy
- Attend scheduled parent-teacher meetings
- Respond to important notifications and updates
- Update contact information when necessary
6. Termination of Services
Star Achiever’s Academy reserves the right to terminate services if:
- Terms and conditions are breached
- Code of behavior is repeatedly violated
- Required documentation is not provided
- Communication requirements are not met
7. Changes to Terms
Star Achiever’s Academy reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Parents/guardians will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
